Eventually I’ll tire of eating new tacos, but not today.

Tacos are a great little food: compact, cheap, and filled with things. Every taco is invested with the unique flavors of the chef or cook behind it.

This taco exemplified simplicity. The pork was prepared plainly, with fresh onion and cilantro. But simple is good and the flavor came from the meat rather than the toppings.
