A Pork tortas sandwich from the Taco Truck Shop is a filling lunch

My preference is for the pork, although I’ve had beef and chicken tortas too. I always request oaxaca cheese and extra jalapeño peppers. The sandwich is rounded out with guacamole and a schmear of black beans.
