Green tea is turned into a sweet dessert bun.
A few years back, green tea was the latest fad food. Infused green tea began appearing in every kind of sweet or savory food. Luckily that trend has passed and now admitting to enjoying a green tea product doesn’t make you sound like some sort of wannabe.
This green tea bun had the consistency of a moist pound cake wrapped around a butter icing. Or maybe it was just butter. The whole thing was sweet, but light. Oh, and the sickly shade of green only made it more delicious.
