A taco consisting of Chorizo, eggs and cheese curds from the food truck Eggstravaganza.

This taco had everything going for it: chorizo and eggs piled into an authentic tortilla. Still, this particular taco fell short. It wasn’t bad. In fact it was good. But it wasn’t the kind of taco that stands out as one of the best.

Still, the mixture makes a pretty picture.
